We sold a lot of themed bundles, but sometimes there was no rhyme nor reason to the selection of games.
Our job was to come up with a theme, so we made up a coworker.

This was in the era of internet AFD jokes, and for whatever reason, Humble Bundle, a game company didn’t partake.
We changed that and raised thousands of dollars for charity in the process.

The Woot Voice
Woot was a pioneer in employing a comedic voice to internet shopping, getting fans to check in regularly for both deals and laughs.
My job was to apply that voice across several different assignments.

Substitute Writer
When I was first called in to work at Brooks, it was an extremely short assignment while the staff copywriter was on vacation.
My job was to learn the voice quickly and put it to (digital) print.

Walgreens
Prescription Management
From seeing statuses to ordering a refill, Walgreens patients go to the Prescriptions page for easy management of their medications.
I manage the words intended to make prescription management easier.

Delivery Bundling
With COVID, came the need for better delivery offerings. We instituted something quick and a couple years later were tasked with improving it.
This is one of the improvements that I worked on for the experience.

Store Closure Communications
In 2024, Walgreens announced a plan to close 1,200 stores. Of course, that has serious ramifications on patients’ and customers’ daily routines.
I co-led the creative behind the communications for when a store closed.

Email Newsletters
Sent out approximately once a month, Indie MEGABOOTH’s newsletters were one of the company’s primary forms of communication.
My job was to grow, maintain, and communicate to the subscriber base.
